
Deutsche Fußball-Bund (DFB), the German Football Association, has extended its contract with its partner STATS for objective match analysis and mobile tracking until September 2019. STATS has ed the DFB with analytics since 2006. 2w4r6y
The partnership focuses on services and software solutions for professional and development in football. These services are being used by the World Cup-holding German men’s national team, women’s national team, the U21 men’s national team and all national junior ladies and men’s teams. STATS provides trainers with valuable data from international games and during tournaments. The DFB is also benefiting from services such as STATS Portal, an online platform featuring diverse packages with event and tracking data, match reports and videos.
STATS analysts are assigned to different DFB teams and have been ing the DFB training staffs for many years. Because of the close cooperation between STATS analysts and coaching staffs, the analysts are also integrated into further internal training such as specialist meetings.
